We have experience in completing construction and fabrication projects of all sizes, including turn-key projects in excess of $20,000,000. Due to our size and wide range of experience, we have been able to retain the Ohio Valley's most respected estimators, project managers, and supervisors in house. In fact, almost all of our key personnel have over 15 years of continual service with Pioneer, including our pipe, steel, and modular fabrication supervisors who have been with us for over 20 years. Going hand-in-hand with Pioneer Pipe’s experience is our commitment to safety. We were the first contractor in the Mid-Ohio Valley to employ a full-time safety director and implement a comprehensive safety program. Currently, we not only employ a full time safety director, but we also employ two full time safety managers to ensure our jobs are completed safely. As a credit to our safety team, we have received numerous local and national safety awards over the years. |

Our pipe fabrication services are performed in a 100,000 square-foot manufacturing facility located in Marietta, Ohio, right in the heart of the Ohio Valley. We maintain ASME stamps U, PP, and S, and National Board Stamps R and NB, and we also maintain a Union Label. |

Our steel fabrication services are also performed in our Marietta manufacturing facility by our affiliate, Viking Fabricators. Viking Fabricators is a steel fabricator that has been providing fabrication services nationwide for over 40 years, specializing in structural steel, miscellaneous iron, handrail, and customized steel fabrication. Viking Fabricators is an AISC Certified Fabricator, and we also maintain a Union Label. |

We also perform our modular fabrication services in our Marietta manufacturing facility, where we fabricate and assemble various modular assemblies ranging from equipment units to pipe rack assemblies in excess of 100 feet in length. These modular assemblies can be custom designed and built to not only meet customer operating needs but also to reduce the cost of customer field installation. |
