• 100,000 square-foot manufacturing facility located in Marietta, Ohio.
• We have the capability to not only weld carbon steel metal but also exotic metals such as Titanium, Hastelloy, Alloy-20, Zirconium, Nickel, Monel, Aluminum, Duplex Stainless, and P91 Chrome.
• All types of pipe fabrication, including pressure code welding. We maintain ASME Stamps U, PP, and S, and National Board Stamps R and NB. We also fabricate jacketed piping and perform custom bending. Pipe sizes up to and including 4" pipe can also be custom threaded.
• Welding Capabilities: SMAW, GTAW, GTAW-ME, GMAW, FCAW, SAW, qualified to ASME Section IX.
• American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector on Staff.
• Burning Capabilities: Aico-Panagraph, 20” H&R cut off, 12” H&R cut off, 8” H&R cut off, 4” H&R cut off-plasma cut up to 2” thick, Stephan-Branch cutting.
• Machining: Lodge & Shipley lathe with 26 ½” swing and 20” slide, 72” lathe with 19” swing, Cincinnati drill press, Wilton drill press, 16” Racine power hack saw, (2) 20” abrasive cut off saws and portable power beveling equipment. Custom machining on pipe sizes up to 6” can be performed on various CNC and turrett lathes.
• Welding Positioners: Ransom 60” weld positioner, (5) Ransom 42” weld positioners, 15” weld positioner, numerous sub-arc stations.
• Non-destructive testing.
• Lifting Capabilities: (5) 5-ton overhead cranes, (2) 10-ton fork lift trucks, 3,500 lb. fork lift truck, (2) 2-ton hyster yard cranes, (2) 12-ton hydraulic cranes, 5-ton hydraulic boom truck.
• Engineering and detailing services available to meet your project needs and requirements.
• Heat Treatment Capabilities: Electrical induction and a 360 square foot gas fired furnace.
